The floor

What you get access to

No crowded machines, no waiting for a bench. The floor is split so cardio and lifting never fight for space.

Strength Zone

Olympic bars, full dumbbell rack, squat racks, benches and plate-loaded machines. Chalk allowed, noise expected.

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching with a plan written for your body, your schedule and your goal. Form checked on every set.

Open 18 Hours

7:00 AM to 1:00 AM, every day. Early shift, late shift, or after a double — there is always a slot that fits.

Questions

Before you join

Is there a joining or registration fee?

No. You pay for the plan you choose and nothing else. Quarterly and yearly memberships work out cheaper per month than paying month to month.

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes. Upgrade from Cardio or Strength to Both at any time and you only pay the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades apply from your next cycle.

Do I need a membership to book personal training?

Yes, personal training runs alongside an active membership. If you are on the Both plan you get 10% off every PT package.

I have never trained before. Is that a problem?

That is most of the people who walk in. Every new member gets a starter programme, and if you want someone with you for the first few weeks, the Starter PT package is built exactly for that.

Are there separate hours or a female trainer for women?

Ask at the counter or on WhatsApp for current ladies timings and trainer availability, as these are scheduled separately.

I have a knee or back injury. Can I still train?

Usually yes, with the right programme — but get clearance from your doctor or physiotherapist first, and bring what they tell you to the assessment. Our trainers work around injuries; they do not treat them.

Can I try before paying?

Walk in during opening hours for a free look around the floor. If you want to actually train first, take a single PT session and decide after that.
